Date: 03-09-2026 Location: Hubli, KarnatakaA major road and street light inauguration programme was held today at Vishal Nagar on Gudihal Road in Hubli, Karnataka.The development project was organized under the leadership and support of Ward Corporator Mangalamma Gouri, mother of Congress KPCC General Secretary Nagraj Gouri.PWD Minister Satish Jarkiholi attended the programme as the chief guest and officially inaugurated the newly developed road and street light project.A large number of local residents and Congress supporters attended the event. During the programme, Minister Satish Jarkiholi interacted directly with the public and discussed the development works being carried out by the Congress government.Addressing the gathering, Satish Jarkiholi said that several development projects are being implemented under the Congress government across Karnataka. He also highlighted the government’s five guarantee schemes, stating that these guarantees are providing significant support and benefits to many families.The newly inaugurated road and street light facilities are expected to improve transportation, safety and daily convenience for the residents of Vishal Nagar and the Gudihal Road area.Local residents appreciated the development work and the initiative taken for improving infrastructure in the area.This is another important development project aimed at strengthening basic infrastructure and providing better facilities to the people of Hubli.
